Blasting

Blasting is a process where small angular or spherical particles are propelled at a substrate by compressed air, mechanical high-speed rotating wheels or water pumps. This process is widely used because it is efficient, economical and fast.

Sand blasting

sandblasting is a surface finishing process that involves the use of a powered machine — typically an air compressor as well as a sandblasting machine — to spray abrasive particles under high pressure against a surface. It’s called “sandblasting” because it blasts the surface with particles of sand.

Wet abrasive blasting

Wet abrasive blasting removes coatings, contaminants, corrosion and residues from hard surfaces. It’s similar to dry sand blasting, except that the blast media is moistened prior to impacting the surface.

Bead Blasting

Bead blasting is the process of removing surface deposits by applying fine glass beads at a high pressure without damaging the surface. It is used to clean calcium deposits from pool tiles or any other surfaces, remove embedded fungus, and brighten grout color. It is also used in auto body work to remove paint.

Wheel blasting

Wheel blasting is an airless blasting operation where the abrasive is propelled at the work piece by a turbine. The purpose may be the remove contaminants (like mill scale, sand on foundry pieces, old coatings, etc.), strengthening the material or creating an anchor profile.

Hydro blasting

The hydro blasting services offered by us are known as a abrasive water discharge operation. The use of latest jet blaster facilitates in carrying out these hydro blast services in an efficient and systematic manner. Our services are suitable for cleaning of offshore structures and tanks in various industries.

Micro -abrasive blasting

Micro blasting can be used to take down hanging rock, separate minerals from overburden, and collect gemstones and other high-value product with minimal damage.

Dry ice blasting

Dry Ice Blasting Work is a form of non abrasive blasting, where dry ice is accelerated in a pressurized air stream and directed at a surface in order to clean it. Dry ice blasting leaves no residue as dry ice sublimates at room temperature.

Bristle blasting

The Bristle Blaster technology is a MONTI patented product that removes corrosion and coatings quickly and thoroughly.Consequently, Bristle Blasting is perfect for weld seam preparation and widely used for pipeline repair.

Vacuum blasting

A special valve on pressure vessel allows to work with a blasting pressure as low as 1 bar and as high as 7 bar with the same machine.Vacuum blasting technique can be used on delicate blasting jobs where blasting on low pressures.
